The Camellia Is Back

Photobucket

I finally got around to making a few more of the Camellia T-Strap Shoe Accessories. In addition, I put together a little wardrobe selection for you. Here are all the items with links:

Green Plaid Ruffle Trim Top by Forever 21
Boot Cut Jeans by Old Navy
Loop Coin Purse by Urban Outfitters
Pinkish Garden Ring by Lori Jacyln's Jewels
Hybrid Vines Necklace by Bionic Unicorn

I have a few more shoe accessories to list, I just need to take the pictures. I need to email several customers, though, and I still need to finish up and relist some bloom shoes. I also have some lovely wide/corset belts in brown and cream for women that I want to sell. I sort of despise the empire, wide and flowing maternity look that is so "in" right now, so I think pairing them up with a wide belt is a lot more flattering. You can get a sneak peak here. Oh, and I need to finish up those pink dresses.... and don't even get me started on how my house looks right now. *sigh* Off to have at it!

Ohhhh the belts sound fantastic, I am not a huge fan of the full dresses and was just thinking Sunday how I desperately needed to add some nice wide belts to my wardrobe! No sense walking around looking like I'm pregnant when I'm not!

Lol--it's so true! That look is never in. The brown belt in the picture has herringbone on one side and a very stiff brown canvas on the other. I think even lining it with a print would be fun, too... you know, cream on one side, but some bright, modern floral on the other. If only I could create all day... who wants to clean house, anyway?

I like the way you think! It's a shame I'm not closer, I would totally offer to clean your house in exchange for a few of your lovely creations!

Lol! No you wouldn't--not if you saw it. It's pretty bad... super cluttered right now. You see, I didn't set out to start a business, it just happened, so right now my packaging materials are all over the dining room table, fabric in bins upstairs littered about the playroom. We plan on converting our 4th bedroom into a studio, but first we need to finish redoing our bedroom. So much to do....

My creative side always clashes with organized side! I crave having an organized and clean space and it will bother me and bother me until its organized and clean....but all my creative side wants to do is ignore the mess and create a masterpiece! I actually really enjoy cleaning and organizing *when* I have ample time to do it AND there aren't a million other more important things (and people) clambering for my attention...such a dilema...

Like the way you put the outfit together. I would totally wear that as it looks like my usual style. I love Forever 21 and Old Navy. I helps that I can afford them.
Your house sounds like mine right about now. :-( It was spotless on Monday. How does it fall apart in only two days of sewing?

This really looks great! I do love your little shoe add on's, so cheery and fun. The whole ensemble is super cute, thanks for including my ring :D

Mrs. Life, it IS a constant dichotomy. Usually the creative side wins out, and my house looks like it. The thing is, I can pick up all the plsatic bowls and spoons that Mia likes to play with... an easy 6 times in one day. That's just not fulfilling for me, actually, it's more like maddening. That's not to say the mess doesn't bother me--IT DOES! Quite the perdicament. I'm hoping we can turn that bedroom into a workspace soon, as it's becoming imperative.

Jenny, I think we have very similar taste. ;) I bought the shirt.... I think I should buy everything in it. We have a trip coming up soon, and it's the perfect justification for new things.

Lori, I love the ring--it's a perfect fit. I actually was thinking of featuring a few more things when I list the blue t-straps I made. :)

On last thing, I work at the college all day today, so you don't need to check my shop for anything new today. I will try to give fair warning--okay :)

Hi Jessica, I feel JUST like you about the house. I pick something up and there goes the little one dumping 5 other things. Never ending cycle!! I have asked my aunt to come help me every 2 weeks now. WHAT A BLESSING. She did say if I want my bedroom to look good, I have to get rid of half my stuff in there. All the crafting stuff of course. Now what to give up???

Ariana, your comment is so timely. I have been going through our closet in the room I'm turning into my studio. So much stuff! So many project supplies! It's really a burden amassing all that stuff, and I feel like a tremendous weight has been lifted now that I can see the floor, though I do need to figure out cabinets, containers, etc. Anybody have any suggestions?
