Privacy: errr, huh?

Is it just me? Am I the only mother in the world to be washing my face in the shower, only to open my eyes and find one fully clothed and fully wet little child suddenly pressing up against me? The love of a child knows no bounds.... nor boundaries, nor closed doors.

haha, no! This happened to me this morning...so frustrating! My biggest dream is to be able to go to the bathroom and take a shower without a child.
Just got the Belle headband...love it! Another job well done.
Also recieved your email, so glad you liked the pics- thank you for your compliments! :)
Amy Miraflor
Amy, I'm glad you love everything! I am actually going to list a blue version of that headband, and I cut and prepped the matching Belle shoes last night. I'm hoping to put together a sneak peak in the not too distant future.
Your wee one is adorable! And, yes, I can't imagine ever being in the bathroom ALONE. *sigh*
Oh, and I hope this comes across in the pic that her jammies are sopping wet and her diaper weighs about 10 lbs and is practically dragging on the floor.
hahhaha love it!! She is a doll!! So beautiful even when wet! :)
Ok, I'm so going to watch this blog like a hawk for those shoes! I keep missing things, I totally missed the chole shoes, by the time I got on, there was only a size 3 left. :(
call me the miajoie blog stalker if you will, but I'm keeping my eyes peeled!! :)
Don't worry--I will make a blog post first with pictures, etc, and then give a full 12 hours warning before I list any. fair deal? ;)
OMGosh!!!!! That is hilarious! :) I love that! How old is Mia? I ask only b/c I'm wondering how much longer this will be happening for you--with girls, I'm guessing it's even worse--we naturally like to go to the bathroom together even as adults! I haven't responded to your convo on Etsy--so this is that: YES--I do want a sneak peek!!! Yes, yes, yes--is it the SAME sneak peek you're already talking about posting here on the blog? :) You're SO good, you just know--you know that I cannot stand to see anything new without buying it. If it's in a size I don't need, I must buy it anyway b/c there is always a sweet child relative that will fit into them. I only gift Mia Joie shoes to the absolute favorite relatives and friends though. It's a huge compliment from me if you receive Mia Joie shoes. :) I'm serious! You're amazing, Jessica!!! I love you and everything you do!
Fair deal...hopefully I don't miss it this time! thanks!! :)
ahahahahaha! I love it! So funny, but so true. Unless there is a lock on the door there is just no such thing as privacy, and if you do lock it....well then you just hear the little tap-tap-tap at the door and caling "mommy" *pushes against the door and turns the knob back and forth* Ahhhh, good times! :) Your daughter is absolutely adorably, she is such a beautiful child.
I can't believe you are doing belle shoes in blue! Those are going to be fabulous!
INDEED!!! it's a pretty safe bet that any time i head to the bathroom, dutch is right on my heels with his 'truck book' in hand for a quick read. sigh...
Lizzy, yes, nothing is sacred. Btw, my brother Myles is a vegan, or he tries to be when he can. It's really something... all research that goes into it.
indeed it is very hard to be a strict vegan. i've definitely let up a bit since becoming pregnant. sometimes i just can't let a good piece of handmade mozzerella alone. ;)
love this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter does the same thing!!! It's precious!
