WOW! You need a warehouse now! Can't wait!
Wow sooooo exciting!!! I can't wait for the details.
The boots are great, but the packaging all needs to be redone. The labels weren't attached properly nor were they shipped correctly. Also, half the labels say, "Maj" instead of Mia Joie. I wish I was kidding. A little voice just told me "be prepared," a month or so ago, so I bought a better printer to do the labels here. Thank goodness!
Dying at the "Maj"! Girl,as long as they are your boots, I don't care what the label looks like. :)
Congrats and very exciting!
oh my! look at all those boxes filled with those things we love most! holy cow! can't wait to hear about the details!
oh, btw, did you happen to ship out those shoes that i bought black friday?! curoius to know, as the birthday girl's party is tomorrow and i need to know if i should just print out the picture of them or if they were on their way? no worries if you haven't - i know you have A LOT going on!
Sooo exciting! That is somewhat discouraging about the lables being all screwy. Good thing you listened to that little voice and got yourself a printer!
WOW! Jessica, that is exciting! Glitches and all, you must be feeling a bit relieved :) Looking forward to the details.
Jenni, I sent you an email. :)
I know, Sara! I'm not excited about fixing them--at all... Btw, I asked Mia who her friend was at school and she said: "Sara." I asked her again, "so, who do you play with? Who's your buddy?" She turned her head to the side, tapped her finger on her chin an--after being thoughtful for a minute--said with conviction, "Sara!" It was so cute.
Wow! Big day! So exciting for you (minus the labeling part)!
Aww, I just love her too much!! She melts my heart every time she calls my name, she-ruh. <3
Oh my goodness I'm SO excited and can't wait for the details!!! I'm even more excited to finally get my daughter Emme a pair...it's CHILLY in Houston all of a sudden! Sorry about all the glitches, I can only imagine how hard this must be on you.
Boxes and boxes of fab maj! congrats, even with the label error, it has to be exhilarating. Congrats, Jessica!
Do you have any plans to make youth sizes?
Tara, the glitches are fixable. The problem is the timing--it's my father and uncle's birthday party today. My grandfather's funeral on Monday, and I only have until the 18th to process and ship orders for the holidays. At some point in the next day or two, I will have the paypal link up. {The website is officially not happening by Christmas.}
Simone, no youth sizes in the immediate future, but a year from now--who knows! I will first do a full range of toddler sizes {up to 12} before I go to youth. Maybe women's someday, who knows? ;)
On a side note, I just have to say, my kids are being totally cute right now. Aidan and Mia are both seated at the banquet in the kitchen, two fluffy white cupcakes in front of them, each holding forks like spears. Here is the dialogue:
Aidan: "Merry Christmas, Mia."
Mia: "Happy Birthday, Aidan."
Aidan: "Thank you, Mia. Happy Birthday to you, too." {takes a bite and then continues on pensively} "Actually, I think it's Mommy's Birthday. These are her cupcakes." {My birthday is in June.}
Mia: "Mmm. Delicious." {only she says it de-de-shush} They both continue to shovel in forkfuls, getting frosting on their faces and the floor....
So, I guess I should add, YES, I am letting my kids have cupcakes for breakfast. In my defense, I ran out of coffee this morning, they served themselves, and then they were just too darn cute to take them away. Really, it is that much different than a frosted doughnut?
Oh my word that is so cute... the "Merry Christmas" and "Happy Birthday" so sweet! I am having a crummy morning and reading this made it a little better :) Thanks for sharing...
Awww that is just the cutest story ever! You only live life once, those will be some of their fondest memories when they look back on their lives!
It must be so nice to have the boots "finally" be here, even if it means fixing all those labels. You should just have a label party, invite a whole bunch of us girls over, we'll bring wine and cookies and be done in an hour!
Absolutely don't worry about shipping my order out before christmas, it will make me much happier if you just relax and enjoy the special time with your family, especially with all you have going on!
Also, I will definitely be buying a couple pairs of those fuzzy boots and leather riding boots!!!!! :) But I am more than willing to wait as long as it takes! Blessings to you and your family Jess, I will be praying that you are able to have the chance to relax and enjoy the love and blessings this holiday season. Much love!
OMW...I heard "WOMENS"! Praying that will be a reality years down the road. Love to have matching shoes with Evy!
Who cares girl, if they eat cupcakes for breakfast? With a story that cute, I'd let them eat anything! :) xoxo
I have a silly fix for the mistake...you can whiteout the bottom of the "j" and it will be an "i". And cupcakes for breakfast is fine with me but with a fork? How proper!
I eat cupcakes for breakfast, why shouldn't my kids :)
Love that your boots are in, so exciting! It's been along time coming, glad you are able to step out into something new and exciting!!!
