More Wildflower Photos

More pictures from an impromptu 5 minute photo shoot taken just before a downpour of rain. I am so happy to include so many photos of Aidan. As it turned out, bribery was key!

This dress will be available for purchase the second week of May, along with matching sash and the ruffled jackets in red and brown. Additional details will follow.

Last but not least, my personal fav. Now I owe Aidan a Spiderman guy--"the one with the cape and the suction cups." *sigh* It was worth it.

If you haven't yet, take a minute and listen to the new song (#2)
and let the lyrics resonate in the deep and empty places....

I have unanswered prayers
I have trouble I wish wasn't there
And I have asked a thousand ways
That You would take my pain away
That You would take my pain away

I am trying to understand
How to walk this weary land
Make straight the paths that crookedly lie
Oh Lord, before these feet of mine
Oh Lord, before these feet of mine

When my world is shaking
Heaven stands
When my heart is breaking
I never leave Your hands....

Just beautiful. When we were in Houston I was SHOCKED at how quickly the weather could change from nice to downpour. So glad you had time to catch these.

Dear Jessica,

On May 3rd, we will be holding a fundraiser to aid a local family in need. Kerry Ashby is a husband of 15 years and a father of four: one daughter and 3 sons, two who are on missions and one in the military. A Craftsman, he supported his family through his woodworking shop. He was recently involved in a severe ATV accident, which has left him a paraplegic.

His family is in desperate need of financial help to pay the medical bills, fund renovation costs to make his home wheelchair accessible and assist with basic living expenses.

We would be grateful if you would consider adding a button or a post announcing the fundraiser to benefit his family. Donated items will be sold at suggested retail price, with proceeds going directly to the Ashby family.

This fundraiser will be promoted on Twitter, Facebook and over 15 local blogs, which collectively reach hundreds of Utah women. (A list of participating blogs is listed below.) Your sponsorship will earn you recognition during the event, as well as in blog posts preceding and following the event.

The fundraiser will be held completly online, hosted by Trapped Between a Scream and a Hug (, and all transactions will go through PayPal.

Please contact me at I look forward to working with you.

Thank you,

Elisha Trask

Oh my goodness, Jessica! I love these photos! My favorite is the black and white version of the first pic.

I cannot wait for the little jacket!!! Lillie is wearing a little pair of cowboy boots with our Juliet tutu for a barn/western themed wedding in June and how cute will it be to top it off with this jacket?!? I am going to have trouble waiting until the second week of May - haha!

JJ Heller is great. They are a husband and wife team. Her husband ended up post-poning his vocation as a photographer to play guitar for her. She wrote a song for him called Where I Land. You can hear it on youtube.

As for the kids... I am on the lap top and they are painting in the kitchen. I hear water running and something dripping. I know I should go check, but I am SO TIRED. I have been up until 2 am every night this week and am still so far behind. I remind myself that I won't ever have to launch/relaunch so many things at the same time again.

Jennifer, the little jacket in brown would be totally cute with the tutu--or red, either one really. I am thinking I will sell them for preorder and then they will ship 2 weeks later. I need to firm up a few more details than more information will follow :)
