Procrastination in Pretty Blues
Parisian crown tags and script curtain from Shabby Chic Cottage. Photo from Warm Whispers,

a.k.a. Sadie Olive.
I should be designing. But instead, I am procrastinating. What's with that, anyway? I love to design. Sometimes, I guess, a little break does go a long way. So....
I thought I would pop in to say hello with a blog quickie. Above are a new pair of shoes {not for the project I am supposed to be working on} and some things I have been admiring. The shoes are a play on womens trendy booties. Photo below is from here.
I love pretty much everything from Sadie Olive. I am thinking there might be fodder for a future Photo Friday *wink* Likewise, everything from the Shabby Chic Cottage is tdf, especially these ruffled tea towels. I also just made a post on the Joyfolie FB page, please do contribute! I would love as much feedback as possible. Happy Tuesday!
PS Winner of the Dreamy Giveaway will be announced by the end of the week!

you continue to amaze me!
wow, they are so beautiful!
So beautiful! I love when you post photography as your inspiration for a shoe. It is truly inspiring :)
Thanks, Jenni... They hearken back to my organic/simpler days... before I had a princess-loving 2 1/2 yr old that insists that everything have gems or sparkles or AT THE VERY LEAST be pink or gold. *sigh* I guess I was asking for it ;)
Christina, I know... it's sort of a photo friday on a Tuesday. There too much fun to limit to one day ;)
You have SUCH a beautiful blog! Thank you sooo much for featuring me - and beside Sadie & Olive - I'm so honored - that's one of my favorite shops, too!
Gina, you know what they say about great minds ;) Love your shop! I'm sure I'll be in to purchase sometime. Maybe for that runner... ;)
Thanks for the compliments. Your blog is really beautiful. :o) And we appear to have similar tastes!
love these jessica.....the peep toe is just adorable, i hope you plan on making these to sell :)
Oh, I do... I have just been tweaking the design. They velcro in the back. I am also working on a taller design for fall, which would be fun... Okay, I need to "get to it" now....
Okay, I have a new favorite! These are precious, and would be adorable in the fall (maybe a chocolate?), too! Can't wait to *try* and get some! Hope the summer is treating you well!
LOVE The shabby chic cottage and I think I've been eyeing that runner too Jessica;) LOVE Sadie Olive too!! I've been so turned on by blue mason jars here of late!!! Gorgeous!! OK, so when do we get a chance at these fab PEEP toe boots?!?!? I love the blue (suprisingly over the pink!?) I'm stuck too, I'm suppose to be working on fall designs and have yet to do any!! I do procrastinate, A LOT!!! I'm actually working on opening a new etsy shop, making tags:) That's been another distraction of mine:)
These are gorgeous Jessica :) amazing as always....
Beautiful! Love this style.
the taller fall version would be SO fun! now i have another reason besides the heat, and the new baby :), for fall to get here fast!
