Good morning! If you read my comments on Facebook, then you know that yesterday was one of those "tear my hair out" mommy days. Mia is giving up her nap, even though she still really needs one. Every day we do battle over it, and inevitably after about 45 minutes of protest, she is still awake--and triumphant! Of course, 6 o'clock rolls around, and she's an in consolable little grump.

Anyhow, I love today's image and the fanciful juxtaposition of the colorful butterflies against her amber hair. I had a bear of a time getting my image... I don't know why. I suppose because for every single one of my photos I am very rushed and have one child playing and pulling things out of the shot. C'est-la-vie! Today's photo features beautiful soft and 100% silk velvet shoes with little ties. Additionally, we are now offering butterfly accessories. Each one is carefully hand cut from designer fabrics and paired with either lace/tulle and a czech aurora borealis bead.


I really love these shoes--you can't go wrong with this color of velvet! So soft and sweet, but a nice dark color, so they are perfect with jeans and dressing up. Wouldn't these be so cute in a goldenrod yellow velvet with a peep toe and purple tights! These shoes are one of a kind and available here.

Each Meralie butterfly comes packaged in it's own pillow box, which makes it a great gift. They are designed to be clipped to a t-shirt, but they could also be used to decorate a room or as a hair clip. For now, I have only one each available here.
