Joyfolie Holiday - Part One

Photobucket
Happy Holidays! I am happy to announce that in the nick of time, our holiday items will be available! We have many new items to add on Thursday. We will also being offering additional inventory (especially shoes and boots) as they are finished/arrive. So, if you can't make it exactly at 9 pm on Thursday, don't worry! We plan on offering more items over the next week.

If you are new to Joyfolie, the reason we post specific times to enter our inventory is that we are very blessed that our items sell very fast. Our shoes sell in seconds of posting. For this reason, we are releasing all our new holiday apparel at 9pm on Thursday, December 9. To thank our customers and spread a little holiday cheer, between our launch on Thursday and Sunday, December 10, orders over $100 will receive a free I Like Surprises Clip Set! Also, any purchase made in that time will entered into a drawing for a fur bolero that will fit size 2-6T!

I have lots of photographs for you, and quite a few more still to post. I separated the photos into Part I and Part II, one in warmth and wine, the other in cool tones centered around the shades of plummy lilac in our new dress.

The opening photo is of our Annalise Brooch/Belt. Like several of our items this holiday, it is designed to be shared by mother and daughter. The large flower is all hand cut, and features a gorgeous 1940's button from my aforementioned shopping trip. These glass buttons were made in Austria during WWII while it was under captivity of the Germans. They reflect light beautifully and photograph lovely. The flower can be worn independently as a brooch, and the belt (fit for a toddler) can be worn as a simple velvet belt. These come in wine (in the pictures below) and champagne (photos posted soon!)

All the photos feature our new Lavalia Jacket and Oatmeal Gemma dress.

Additionally, we are offering Sophie faux fur wraps in cream, leopard, and silver another item designed to be shared by mother and daughter.

The wrap looks lovely when paired with our Silk and Sparkle necklace, coming in silver, too!

Ahhhhhh can't wait! Will all the apparel be items that are only available once? Or if they sell out lightening fast, will you be able to reorder through the manufacturer? I'm trying to decide how fast and how much I'll have to order first round! :)

Mrs. Life, this is a good question! I never know how quickly something will sell, so it's hard to say. One thing is that I am cross promoting with my good friend Shana of Florabella. (I'm going to do a blog post on some of her actions, soon!) She has an enormous following, so I expect that we will have a lot of new shoppers, in addition to all my beloved regulars.

While I have a thousand pieces coming, the numbers breakdown pretty small per size. The tees are the most reliable to reorder. The clothing probably will not be reordered, and even if I did, the ship dates are long and not reliable. Does that help any?

I forgot to add, I only have a dozen per color in those belts. I consider them to be very unique/exclusive pieces. They are also on a wide velvet belt, which is why they are priced higher than most of our accessories. Plus, they are a little bit of history.

These are exquisite Jessica. I love the history with the brooch/belt and the color is so gorgeous.
But wow, can't believe it! That is just my luck, the exact same time as my sons' school Christmas concert. ahhh! The Annalise belt would be perfect with Felicity's Cala dress for Christmas and I've got to snag a 12 or 18 month Lavalia jacket. I may have to get a surrogate shopper:-) I am happy that you will be adding things through the next week.

I just purchased some Luxe Florabella actions and have been having fun using them. I just don't know enough about Photoshop yet. The first photo of your Joyfolie Holiday is beautiful. I would love to learn how to do something like that.

So excited for you Jessica!! So much work, but I hope so many rewards, both in tangible and intangible forms. Happy Holidays!

Sydni and Stephanie, thanks for such sweet, sweet notes! Right now it a really tough/busy time with Joyfolie, so your encouragement means a lot. I hope you will stick around for the next few months as we transition into "real" shoes :)

Briana, again, sorry for the long, long delayed reply. Which part of the photo would like to know how to do? The color or the snowflakes?
