Today's shoes are inspired by the photo above. I don't know what it is about it, but it always seemed striking to me. Similar, today's shoes have a lovely, striking shade of blue and are made from reclaimed vintage teal velvet.

They are so soft and fairly simple in design, but the color makes them eye-catching. They would be perfect with an all white little dress, maybe something with some crocheted detail, like this dress by Gap.
