This is what happens....
.... when conference calls run too long:
And if you think this bad, keep in mind, you are only seeing head shots.
I mean, there was marker in places there shouldn't be marker.

Thank goodness the house was spared and it was washable marker, so mostly it was pretty funny. Though I have to admit, there have been moments--like when they flooded the house--that were not so funny. Oh, the stories I can tell! They are creative, I give them that.
What about you? What kind of trouble have your kids been up to lately?

I am a painter, and if I spend an hour in my studio painting, I turn around and find my house completely upended by my children! They take off all their clothes, take out every toy, and feed crayons to our dogs.
Gosh this made me laugh. Harlow has had at it with markers, even marked up her Waldorf doll...eek! I also had my kids to the overflowing water mess, these must just be on the 'to do' list of every child.
Meredith, it is so true! It seems some child-created disasters are just inevitable! I am just glad we are through with the potty training stage. Those were the worst!!! :D
I just found your blog! So much fun! Seeing these photos reminds me of my youngest children twins (one girl, one boy)...they are DOUBLE TROUBLE for sure! Are your kids twins? (Glad they were washable markers, btw! lol)
