Have you discovered the Beauty Department yet?  It's a delightful little site with all kinds of fun hair and make-up tutorials.  Confession: until I turned thirty, I never wore eye make-up.  I don't know why, I guess I just never bothered with it.  However, after having 2 children, a business, and turning 30, I felt like I needed it!  Thank goodness there are sites like the Beauty Department out there to educate someone like me!
